AT MIDTOWN YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO…
Responsible for the day to day front office duties of the dealership/finance office and a property management company to include, but not limited to, taking and processing payments, daily deposit reconciliation, mail handling, auditing of completed deals, title transfers, and warranty claims. Responsible for interacting with customers and vendors in the highest customer service friendly manner in order to establish and maintain long term customer and vendor relationships.
Responsible for managing the collections process for the accounts receivable of the dealership. Responsible for cultivating, creating and maintaining long term customer relationships for repeat and referral business when performing collections and /or talking to customers and their references. Must be a problem-solver, and handle all issues with the highest quality customer service in order to provide total customer satisfaction.
Responsible for ensuring the lot, offices, and inventory are in presentable, clean and in neat condition. Also responsible to ensure that the inventory is in good running condition and safe for customers.
Responsible for managing the sales leads of the dealership. Involved in marketing and follow-up to sold and unsold customers. Responsible for cultivating, creating and maintaining customer base to sell vehicles and provide financing. Must be a problem-solver, and handle all issues with the highest quality customer service in order to provide total customer satisfaction..

Responsible for the daily operations to achieve the objectives and goals of the dealership. Responsible for the dealerships profitability, expenses, marketing and promotions; as well as maintaining a sales and collection workforce. Responsible for vehicle reconditioning.
